Taking Readings with Your iHealth Pulse Oximeter

Before getting started with this guide, please know that the following are required in order to connect you iHealth devices to ChronicCareIQ.

Taking Readings with Your iHealth Pulse Oximeter

Before proceeding with this guide, please make sure you have your iHealth Pulse Oximeter nearby and that it is charged.

  1. Launch the iHealth App.
  2. Click on the menu tab in the upper left corner.

  1. Click on Pulse Oximeter.
  1. To begin taking a measurement, place the Pulse Oximeter on your finger and press the button.
  1. While the Pulse Oximeter is measuring your data, you will be shown a screen similar to this.
  1. When you are finished taking your reading, simply take the Pulse Oximeter off your finger. You will be shown your results on a screen similar to the following.

Viewing Your Pulse Readings

  1. Starting from the Pulse Oximeter home screen (shown below), click on List at the bottom. *If you are using an Android device, the button will be at the top, as shown below.
  1. Your screen should now resemble the following. From here, you will be able to view all your previous Pulse Oximeter readings.

Viewing Your Pulse Trends

  1. Starting from the Pulse Oximeter home screen (shown below), click on Trends in the lower right hand corner. *If you are using an Android device, the button will be at the top, as shown below.
  1. Your screen should now resemble the following. From here, you will be able to view charts outlining your Sp02, Pulse, and Perfusion Index (PI) trends.
  2. You will also be able to change the time period the graphs show by clicking Recent, Week, Month, or Year at the top of the screen.
  3. To enlarge a graph, simply click on the double arrows in the upper right hand corner of that graph.
